  • The Supplementary charges Rs. 60,000 deposits should be made before 30 days of function. After deducting the supplementary charges based on the usage, the balance will be returned.
  • Decoration, Melam, Photo, Video, Audio Arrangements Extra.
  • Crackers, Smoking, Liquor are Strictly Prohibited.
  • Management is not responsible for your personal belongings
 

Terms & Conditions

  1. Hall Booking Charges per Day is from 4pm to Next Day 3pm Only.
  2. Booking Will Be Confirmed Only on Receipt of 100% Payment.
  1. Only One Postponement or Preponement of the Function Date Will Be Allowed Subject to the Hall on Such a Date.
  2. All Payment Should be Made by cash, google pay, or Demand Draft Drawn in Favor of ‘VPGoldenmahal at Madurai.
  3. slaughtering of animals strictly not Allowed but Non-Veg Cooking is Allowed outside the Kitchen.
  4. In Case of Any Damage Caused If Any, To Furniture, Fixtures or Any Part of The Auditorium, Etc. Actual Cost Will Be Recovered from The Customers.
  5. Kitchen Equipments should be arranged by Clients Risk.
  6. Locks for Kitchen, Storeroom, bride and grooms should be arranged by the customers for the safety purpose.
  7. Full payment should be made before function.
  8. Age proof of the bride and groom is to be submitted to our office at the time of booking (Bride age should be 18 and grooms age should be 21)
  9. Security guard will be arranged by us at the date of function. Charges will be made separately for the securities.Rs.1400/-per security guard is to be paid. Compulsorily there will be two security guard presence
